i have a 2br 1ba apartment in hazel dell, wa. rent is $450. that includes rent, utilities, and internet. the apartment is furnished. the bedroom is not furnished. male or female.the apartment includes:
internet - high speed, best they got. comcast.
washer/dryer - in apartment, not stacked. side by side in a closet.
pool - right outside
workout facility - in clubhouse
close to i-5 and 205
across the street from winco, fred meyer, walgreens, starbucks, taco bell, burgerville, etc.
room has closet and window over small park.
parking is a first come-first serve. the visitor spots are marked. there is street parking close to the apartment as well so no issues, no concerns.
i do plan on getting the sports package for tv. i will cover that. if you want full tv, we can split it.
