i am looking for a responsible roommate who is polite and respectful. there are two people currently living in the home. we are quiet and keep to ourselves. we also have two small dogs. please note that if you are allergic, or do not like, dogs, this is not the place for you. they are friendly, but i understand many people do not like animals. also, the home is in a very safe area, less than a mile away from a hospital, and only minutes from the 5 freeway, the hospital, college of the canyons, and cal arts. there are two bedrooms available. one room is a master bedroom with a walk in closet and private bath for $750, while the other is a room nearly the same size, but with a standard closet and shared bath for $650. all utilities are included, and there is plenty of street parking. utilities include washer/dryer, wifi internet, gas, electricity, water, cable, etc.
