i live at urbana, mo. north of springfield, mo. 50+ miles. i am looking for a person or persons to live here and play a guitar for country gospel music/bluegrass gospel music. it is a permanent position. i just have the one spare room for now. i wish i had more housing set up. i do not charge rent because this is not a rent situation. i do not sale land either. i have to get people who will be responsible and help care for the place for the future.
i am a christian, spiritual, harmony singer. i am 59, independent, fair, blonde lady. i am not looking for a boyfriend nor a husband.
i am trying to set up my death estate trust or foundation and i need people to live here. i have other housing that can be setup. but playing the music and getting it started and going is the most important thing right now. the weather being moderate is a big plus for the music. it will be in a metal building at my place. i do not have a criminal record.
