hi,roommate and i are renting out at timbers apartments in upland, ca. roommate is relocating and therefore the master room is becoming available around april 1st. lease is 9 months so preference to those who can stay the whole term.
• total rent of apartment is $1410 – split evenly (slightly higher if 2 people)
• covers all utilities with the exception of electricity and internet – split evenly
• apartment is partially furnished – room unfurnished
• big closet and lots of additional cabinets
• reserved parking
• no pets
• pool and laundry on-site
• close to claremont colleges
• couples okay. if you want to bring a friend to share the room that’s okay too.
• if you are interested in checking out the room please respond to this ad. i'm trying to help her find someone to avoid breaking the lease.
residents:
• i do plan on staying at the apartment and like to keep a nice home therefore you must be willing to clean up after yourself.
• prefer female due to the bathroom situation but open to all.
• recently graduated from school and moved here for work (engineering!) so hoping for another working person or college student.
