hi, my girlfriend and i are in need of a new roommate(s)! we are located in the village green apartments in upland. you will have your own room as well as your own bathroom. we will also give you our shaded parking spot :) we have two kittens as well! the rent is $550 + utilities/renters insurance and what not, and usually comes out around $700 total. you will need to be approved for the lease through the office, so no felonies or evictions on your record.
we are both working college students, so we are very busy but we also like to have people over on our days off and have a good time (420 friendly).
