i love pretty much everything about my apartment but my room mate cant pay rent anymore so shes moving out as soon as we can find someone to move in. the lease we signed together lasts until november 23rd, 2010 so im looking for someone who can live here for at least that long or until i can find someone else. basically the only problem is i cant afford to live here on my own and i dont want to move out. i think i will want to renew the lease when it is over if i find someone to do that with. none of my friends need somewhere to live so i figured i would try this. im a student at tcc which is like 8 minutes from here. i am a reliable room mate and i will compromise with a lot of things. this apartment also has free tanning and i have wireless internet. the maintenance here is really good and the people who work in the office are available most of the time. i live on the top floor so the heat rises from the apartment downstairs and it stays warm in the winter. there are 2 gas stations on this block, a 7eleven and some other stores.there is a deck with a storage closet, a pool, workout room, closet, washer and dryer in unit and lots of parking.
