the room is inside of a mobile camper. nice space. all utilities are taken care of. laundry is not included, but there is a laundromat across the street. a security deposit of $200 is required. monthly rent is $300 which takes care of the housing, and utilities. there is high speed wifi. smoking only outside. shower is small but there is also a shower house right across the street. i can text or email pictures if you're interested. i am 18 year old male. prefer to have a female roommate, because of my sexual orientation. if interested please contact me.
