a large living room with high ceiling and a balcony for common use.
a dish washer, laundry and dryer in the kitchen. (nothing better then having your own laundry machine in your home)
two rooms share one full bathroom. i'll use the second bathroom.
utilities are not included and about $100 per person.
one and half month security deposit required.
central a/c and heat. both wired and wireless internet in all rooms. no cable but if you like, we can talk about it.
the building is only 5 years old with hard wood floors.
next to the washington park with free tennis and basketball courts.
only 5-6 minutes walk from kennedy blvd and 10-12 minutes from light rail station.
i'm 33 years old male who works 7 days. i'm clean, quiet and easy going. other roommate is 28.
