need roomate badly! its around $660 (water, rent, sewage, trash, but not electric, that is up for discussing) but i'll split it even-half or give a slightly better deal to get someone to pay for the room. i'll even give the bigger room up for someone to move in right now. lease is 6 months, which paying must be on it, and the owners wish for clean or acceptable records. a few rules will be in place, but nothing crazy or stupid (like if you smoke, i'll ask than you use the balcony instead of inside) please move in i need a roommate soon! if you do need to and yes i know they say not to do this, but my number is 903-539-0073 and if you dont get to me, leave a msg and call again, more around either 10am-3pm or 9pm-11pm.
