i've recently come into possession of a two bedroom apartment after the past occupant moved out to help a friend.i'm looking for a new face to add to the ranks, and have this to offer:
- $400, plus water utilities.
- large single bedroom.
- enormous window facing the patio, drenching the room in natural sunlight.
- walk-in closet.
- storage unit off of the patio.
- personal restroom.
- spacious living room with clean, tasteful furnishings.
[ if you have furniture, feel free to bring it along. "clean" equates to sparsely decorated. ]
- remodeled kitchen with all amenities.
- apartment is directly across from the pool, bottom floor, and next to the leasing office.
- an array of restaurants, shopping centers, parks, and activities in the area.
- complex is located adjacent to a school zone, and is patrolled regularly by law enforcement.
things you'll want to know:
i'm very rarely, if ever, at the apartment, so feel free to spread out and make it your own. when i am home, i keep to myself, and am either on the patio, enjoying a drink or two, or in my room, netflixing it up. this shouldn't suggest i'm not friendly, upbeat, and sociable - i just enjoy treating my home like a sanctuary of ease and luxury, and will lounge around like a fat, jungle cat, until departing for work or other festivities for the rest of the week.
i'm adamant about no drug use. the complex is relatively strict about maintaining peace and order, and the contract is laced with stipulations about such.
as long as you're somewhat clean and organized, and know how to pop your dishes in the dishwasher, we should get along swimmingly when it comes to the domestics. i'm just not into bugs and they're not into me, and we try to avoid each other whenever possible. except for lady bugs and stick bugs. they're a-okay.
water is included in the rent, as stated prior. it fluctuates monthly, but rent will generally never be over $430.
