my name is suzannah ingram and i need someone to take my lease at pride court, an apartment complex owned by rock point reality. the rent is $500 a month plus utilities. the location is amazing, it is located behind publix so it's close enough to walk to class but the strip is also far enough away that the noise from the bars won't be an issue. the building has a pool and parking is provided. it is an adorable quaint apartment that has been newly renovated. the apartment is on the 3rd floor, the top one, so noise from people above you won't be an issue. you will have your own bedroom,bathroom and closet but will share a living room and kitchen with another girl. she is very sweet and friendly. washer/dryer is not included but there are hook ups. the apartment wont be available until august 5th... i'm desperate to get someone to take my lease so i figured i'd give messaging you a shot! if you have any questions please feel free to contact me!
