about the apartment;it's a two bed room (one room available), full walk in closet and full personal bathroom. we do have a queen size mattress in the room with some shelving if you need it. there is a balcony with small storage space, we currently have a table and chairs outside. wood burning fire place, full kitchen. we do not have a washer/dryer but there are connections, also a laundry facility and pool in apartment complex.
we are in the process of getting a couch but do have a tv with stand, dining room table and dishes.
bills would be divided into three, rent would be $256 a month plus utilities.
about your roommates;
cody and i are a young couple in our twenties. we moved to tulsa from houston, tx a few months ago. we're laid back, movie and game lovers. we have a wide range of interest from art to video games/electronics to travel and lots in between. we do smoke cigarettes. we also have two adorable, funny cats. so the last two sentences must not bother you.
our ideal roommate;
laid back, willing to help with cleaning and cooking, sense of humor, and pays bills on time.
we do require your first months rent ($256) upon move in.
