pricing:rent is $412.50 a month! all utilities are included except wifi, which is an additional $10 a month. the room would be a steal to split with a friend! just $206.25 and $5 for wifi! (i doubt you'd find cheaper around campus). the room is 9ft x 11ft.
location:
the corner of 6th st. and country club in the country club apartments. 5 minute drive to campus, and about a 10 minute bike ride. you can even walk, if want some exercise, in my experience it takes about 25 to 30 minutes.
amenities:
the complex has a pool with hot tub, workout area, and grill area. street parking. non-furnished. laundry in building, about 10 steps away from our back door. typical laundromat pricing.
my 2 roommates are quiet, polite and keep to themselves. perfect for students at the u of a or any female looking for a place to stay! the lease ends may 31st, so you are not obligated to live in tucson in the summer! we have cool neighbors who are also students. move-in is available as soon as december 19th and as late as jan 1. please consider this room as i desperately need it to be taken over!
