room in house near park and euclid for sublease!
i am looking to sublease my room from february 1st-august (move in date is very flexible if you are looking to move in later i will prorate the rent) because i am moving out of state. the room is in a 5 bedroom house but only 4 people will be living in it so there is a spare bedroom for guest and plenty of extra storage space. the rent is $425 per month and roughly $100 in utilities. the room has its own private small side yard and a fairly large mirrored closet. you will be living with 3 other 21 year old girls who are all students and in the army/rotc so they are clean and responsible but pretty laid back. you will also be sharing a bathroom with one other girl but she is very clean and uses almost none of the storage space. there is also one small dog (mini yorkie) living in the house but he is a therapy dog so he is extremely well trained and well behaved and gets along with all other animals. (i actually hated small dogs until i met this one, he's like a little human) we are allowed to have one more pet so if you have a dog or cat it is welcome. you will be sub-leasing through the rental company so there is nothing to worry about as far as legitimacy. i have loved living here because its a great location and the roommates are awesome but i have to move to be with my family. please don't to hesitate to email or message me with any questions or for pictures. :)
