you would pretty much have your own bathroom – other than the occasional guest. i just moved in so my downstairs isn’t 100% furnished. and i have gym equipment in my living room instead of normal furniture. my apartment community is very strict about criminal records. you must be drug free – including pain pills and pot and you can drink but no alcoholics. and i would expect you to pay � the electric. which should be less than $50 depending on your electrical needs. there is a washer & dryer in the apartment. you can view the apartment by searching casa’s lindas – 2 bedroom loft w/ den. i sure there is more – but will have to talk.
