looking for a roommate off of kinney and ajo. spacious 2 story 2000sq ft. with private bathroom.

my wife and i are both military and would prefer a female roommate but male roommate is a possibly. must have references or military.

house has a large grass backyard with a good size pool and built in grille. there is a second living area upstairs that is unused except for the computer and a few sports items. private bathroom for most of the year, during the summer you would have to share with 2 children when my kids are there. must like dogs as i have two pups, a great dane and a boxer.

all utilites including internet and cable are included. you would need to pay the small fee to add a cable box to the room.

month to month lease with 1 month deposit.

house is located 12 miles from base. currently it is not a furnished room. furnishings would include a bed and dresser. looking for a roommate asap.
