amazing student housing with too many perks at the ranch at starpass! (including cheap rent)
i am trying to sublet my lease starting august (just let me know when in august and we can work it out) ending 7/25/2016. i am currently in a 4 bed 4 bath apartment, you would be getting the upstairs bedroom with your own spacious bathroom, the whole apartment is furnished, the bedroom includes, full size bed, desk, desk chair, 4 drawer stand and a closet, the apartment is really big! you would ofcourse have 3 other roommates that would be girls (so i can only sublet to a girl), it is 10 minutes away from u of a. rent is only 399 with everything included except electricity which would be split among the other 3 roomates! the 399 also includes cable and internet, as mentioned the only utility you would worry about is electricity. and if you are a student that best part is that you meet tons of great people and there is a shuttle that runs every 30 min that takes you to and from school! no extra fees or anything, also the apt includes washer and dryer!!
