i am a "live out" landlord (i don't live at the place) looking to find a female occupant for one of the bedrooms in my townhouse. one of the bedroom was occupied by a female acquaintance that may return - that is why i'm now looking for a female roommate at this time. looking for someone clean, reliable, and responsible - must be employed and be punctual on payments.the place is a 1,100 sqft two story townhouse with 2 bed, 2 1/2 bathrooms with small yard front and back. each bedroom is the same size and has its own private bathroom - you can choose which bedroom you would like. the place is completely empty so feel free to bring some furniture.
it has the basics: refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher. you are going to be responsible for all the utilities as you are the only one there for the time being. security deposit of $400 is required.
