we are renting the large master bedroom in our three bedroom condo (room is unfurnished - or with a futon, desk and bookshelf). the room has a large, double sink private bathroom, a big walk-in closet and a beautiful northern view.the townhouse is about 10 years old and has a kitchen and living room we would share - all nicely furnished. it is within walking distance of edgefield and downtown troutdale; it is a 5 minute drive to mt. hood community college and the sandy river. there is easy freeway access for quick commutes and a #77 bus stop half a block away which only takes 1 hour to get to downtown portland without transfers.
we are looking for a housemate who is mellow, drug-free, clean and easy going. duel occupancy of the room would be welcome with an additional $100 per month ($700 plus utilities).
no pets (we have a cat).
