your room will include a private bath, three closets, direct tv (tv not included). our rooms are not next to each other. matter of fact, your side of the house has a privacy door. the $600.00 covers: rent, electricity, water, garbage, internet and direct tv. there is a fully furnished living room and another tv room that you may use.my villa is located within 1.5 miles to everything that you may need (target, walmart, publix, restaurants, health clubs, spas, etc...).
