looking for a responsible roommate(s) to join a professional female (mid twenties) - in a shared townhouse. the townhouse is located in loch raven village, close to major shops, the mall, towson university, 695, 95, and just a short drive to the city. it is a safe area with ample street parking and a park in walking distance as well. it is also in walking distance of a bus station.the room available is an upstairs bedroom with a large closet and double windows. it has a shared bathroom (with me). it is available non-furnished. the price is $700 per month; this includes utilities: electric, water, internet, and television. there will also be a one month security deposit required. available on or about 2/6/16.
additionally, i am in the process of having the basement remodeled into another room. this would also have access to a shared full bathroom and could even lend itself to a back outside entrance. i am asking $850/month for this + 1 month security deposit (also includes all utils). to be available on or before 3/1/16.
the house has a large, gorgeous kitchen, washer/dryer units, living room, dining room, and a back and front porch as shared space. would like to keep life in the townhouse pretty chill - everyone has their own lives and cleans up after herself but we could hang out sometimes when schedules permit.
