-2 bedrooms (1 available): 1 standard-sized closet, 1 large window
-1.5 bath (1 full with shower/bathtub, so shower is shared)
-1 kitchen: stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, lots of cabinets & counter space, dishwasher
-kitchen accessories i already have: pots, pans, dishes, cutlery/utensils, coffee maker, pannini maker
-large living room area with sliding glass door
-1 moderately-sized dining room
-carpeting throughout apartment
-various storage areas/closets
-furniture that will still be there (after current roomie leaves): kitchen table & deck chairs

right now the rent per person, per month is $619.50 + electric (which right now i pay for), sewage/water, and internet.
