hi! the room available is the 2nd largest of the three rooms in the house. it is right next door to the bathroom (which will be yours exclusively). right now, there is a queen sized bed and a dresser in the room. you are more than welcome to bring your own things or use ours. all bedrooms are upstairs along with the laundry room. downstairs, we have a 6-seat couch as well as a roomy kitchen with all necessities. there is a big grassy backyard with a hammock. we have a two car garage which is occupied but there is plenty of room along the sidewalk to park in front of our house. we are walking distance from a shopping center with target, starbucks, ross, taco bell, jack in the box, la fitness, super cuts and a few others. there is also a mcdonalds, chevron, kohl's, and firestone on the other three corners.

we are ten minutes south of 99th ave and i10, and 5 minutes from a fry's marketplace.
