i am a 24 year old single adult, looking to rent one of my two downstairs bedrooms. i keep the house in good condition and i love living here! the water and trash is included in the 375/month payment. basement has a laundry area with washer and dryer and plenty of room for temporary storage. i occupy the upstairs dormer and am rarely home as i bartend in perrysburg 4-5 nights a week. i do however have a shihtzu, dodger, who stays home while i am gone :) i'm looking for someone easy to get along with who can clean up after his/herself, and potentially wants to build a new friendship!
