this is the second room of a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in fox chase in tinton falls. the room is slightly larger than 10x10 with a spacious closet. the room comes with a private full bathroom and access to laundry. the laundry as well as living room and kitchen are shared common areas. the cost of rent is $500 not including utilities which average about $150 a month. i'm a 25-year-old professional male finishing up my final undergraduate semester before i continue on to graduate school who is clean, respectful, and considerate. i generally stay in during the week because i work a lot. most weekends i am either doing schoolwork or working as well, so i don't go out obnoxiously late too often. i am looking for a mature, clean, respectful, friendly, and considerate roommate. no parties, no smoking, no pets, no drugs please. overnight guests in moderation. as there are common areas that are shared, i am not looking to get into a co-ed living situation. when messaging about the posting, please include some information about yourself to see if you would be a good fit as we will be sharing a living space. the photos were taken prior to when i moved in. all rooms are furnished at this time except the room for rent.
