i am looking for one roommate who is a respectful, clean, drama free, and mature person of any age seeking a peaceful living situation (for 1 person only! and no pets, smoking, or drugs). this is a spacious, beautifully decorated, 3 floor, 1800 sq. ft., 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths townhouse in a nice quiet hoa neighborhood.
it is just a 4-minute drive to i5 or 217 and a 18-minute drive to downtown portland. it will be a month-to-month sublease. conditionally refundable security deposit required and first month's rent are due at signing of the sublease. you will have to fill out an application for approval. you must pass a criminal background check ($45 fee), credit check, and provide proof of income and/or assets sufficient to pay rent for three months.
