master bedroom for rent in tigard on bull mt. 1/2 mile from the bus stop. it is 2400 sq ft, newly remodeled four-bedroom, two bath home located on nearly half an acre in a great quiet neighborhood. there is plenty of parking on the extra wide street.the home is 10 min or 3.8 miles from george fox portland campus. and 22 min or 13.3 miles from george fox newberg campus.
the upstairs master bedroom is $800 per month. it is month to month, but i would like a six-month commitment. the security deposit is refundable $1000. if everything is ok at the end. the 15 ft x 20 ft master bedroom is available june 15, 2018.
it has a tv, one dresser, lamp, king bed and a nice size 14 ft x 8 ft walk-in closet. a new wood floor was installed recently. the newly remodeled bathroom is shared with one other person (female). it has a new tiled shower, heated tile floor, double sinks and a skylight. there are vaulted ceilings in the upstairs rooms, the kitchen and living room.
the common areas are: kitchen, laundry, living room, and outside patio/yard. utilities will be included except your phone.
i'm looking for a responsible clean single person male or female, who needs a nice place to stay. you would be responsible for your own food and meals, willing to clean up after yourself and respect others. this is a non-smoking, non-vaping, no drugs or marijuana property. and no drunk or disorderly conduct.
right now, there are two tenants and myself living here. i also have three small dogs. harley, a doxie and two yorkies, tucker and yogi bear. you must like dogs.
