we are looking for a responsible and easygoing roommate. this is a 3 bedroom townhouse, 2 1/2 bath; 1500sft, nicely furnished and decorated, located right off 99w. bus line 12 is just a few steps away. utilities, basic cable and internet are included. we have a housekeeper who comes every other week to clean the entire house, including your bathroom, and dust and vacuum your room when desired. this service is also included in the rent.
we are a couple (33 and 30), we work full-time; we occupy the master bedroom. we have one roommate (26) she works full-time and goes to school. the new roommate and her will share a bathroom.
