looking for male or female in need of a home that not only resides in the nice quiet highlands of thornton, but is a small walk away from rtd in case you happen to not be mobile at the time. it is a 3 room 2 bathroom townhouse off of 91st dr, with 1 room for rent. the current price that i pay per month is 525 dollars, and i also pay the utilities bill which has never been higher than 115. you would be rooming up with a female and a male who has a 2 year old he sees every other weekend, so you must be good with children, no exceptions. upon meeting with the roommates that are staying, you can discuss and negotiate the monthly rent you will be paying. 70 inch flatscreen tv, dishwasher and full kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer. both roommates are 4/20 friendly. full access to house. if you need to move in before august 1st you can live the rest of the month of july rent free once all legal paperwork is taken care of, as i will be paying rent for the month of july.
