need 3 male roommates in the colony.i have 3 rooms for $650 each. you are more than welcome to share a room, but there is an additional $100 fee. the deposit fee is $500.00 per room. payments are due on a weekly basis.
rooms are upstairs and the bathroom will be shared. rooms are not furnished, but i can get a bed and drawers if need be.
about the house: 2 living areas, 2 dining areas, guest bathroom, covered garage (first come first served), covered patio.
no pets, guns or drugs.
