we are a mature couple. we have a room for rent in large two bedroom house in nice neighborhood off midway drive in temple. room is fully furnished room and comes with tv cable and internet also has private bathroom. we are looking for mature older adult must be clean and have stable income, fixed income is okay. small dog will be considered no large animals, no smoking inside the house and no couple. we are looking for someone who is looking for long-term but we will also rent month to month with no lease. $650 a month will negotiate for a slight reduction for someone who will do light housekeeping/cooking. students okay if your a mature adult.
