hi,

looking for a roommate till end of may, 2016. you do not have to sign a lease as it is under my name. prefer someone who will stay till may next year but if you want to do month to month that's fine also. you will have your own bedroom and private bathroom with walk-in closet. the apartment also has washer/dryer in unit and a wood burning fireplace (in phoenix..whaa?) and a community pool. rent is $450+utilities (in summers can be up to $120 each with the electric, half during winters).

little bit about myself: i'm a geological sciences major at asu and quite laid back. i would prefer someone the same ( male/female, any age ok). i do like to party occasionally and have people over for dinner/drinks as long as its not close to finals. i don't smoke (cigarettes that is ;) but don't mind if you do outside. sorry no pets or kids :)
