i am a 27 year old female looking for someone to fill a room in my 2 bedroom apartment. rent is $292.67 including all utilities.the only extra charges would be if you want internet you will have to split it with me and that would be $20. i am easy going and love the outdoors. i love to hike and bike. i do not smoke/drink or do drugs. i am looking for someone of that same nature. i am also looking for someone free of drama and will not throw parties or have people over all the time. it's an apartment and if you want to party, please take it somewhere else. i work m-f 7-5:30pm and sometimes at night and on weekends with my other job. there is one bathroom that we have to share and i wake up and start getting ready at 5am so the bathroom will be occupied for about an hour. i know how it can get frustrating trying to get 2 people ready at the same time, so i was just throwing that out there. any questions, please feel free to ask. my e-mail is [email protected]
