right now, there are 4 people living in the house. brandon, a 21 year old working professional. he works overnights, and has school in the evenings. ace, a 20 year old student that goes to school all day and then she cares for the house and dogs the rest of the time. justin, a 19 year old that works part time, and has school full time. and then there is tiffany, a 25 year old working professional that works crazy hours, but will unfortunately be leaving soon. between the 4 of us, someone is always home, but we rarely ever see each other. we all get along great, and are looking for someone that will be able to fit into our groove. female is preferred, but not required.
about the house:
you will have your own room, with a large closet. share a large bathroom with one other roommate. we have 3 dogs, two small and one medium sized dog. they are fairly well behaved, but if left alone for too long they like to get in the trash. you are welcome to have one pet in the house. (more animals are ok if caged) the house is a beautiful house, with a large living room, large kitchen, dining room and a humongous family room. the bedrooms are not huge, but they are decent enough for a queen bed, two dressers, a desk, a computer and anything else you would need for a bedroom. we have 3 orange trees in the back yard, a waterfall and a pond. the back yard is mostly patio, and can easily accommodate a large group of people. no one smokes inside, and the only smoker in the house is tiffany, who is leaving.
