hello,i have a 3 bedroom split house 2 bedrooms in the back and one in the front. the house has a living room, sunroom, small library, large dining area and a den that my 20 year old daughter converted into her room. i am seeking a very down to earth laid back person to share my home. smoking ok as long as it is outside as i am also a smoker. you must love animals as i have cats and 2 puppies and we all know puppies can be a pain in the butt. i am seeking someone who doesn’t mind sharing household responsibilities other then my pets, i keep the house clean but i am by far a clean freak and i am not the best on keeping up on the yards lol the house is older and not a huge luxurious house but it is a nice house and in a good neighborhood. all utilities are included as well as wireless, satellite, washer and dryer. send me an email and tell me about yourself. the house is off baseline and lakeshore. lakeshore is a half a mile east of rural. i have the 2nd bedroom open and not looking to rent out to another but for an extra charge if you want to use it for an office, workout room or just storage that can be arranged. it is quiet and laid back here and i am seeking someone without a lot of drama and who isn’t into bringing lots of people back to the house. please no hard drugs or heaving drinking.
