i am in need of a third roommate for a townhouse in papago park village. two people are already in residence, but a third roommate is needed to make rent reasonable. the rent listed is with three residents. the unit is two stories with three bedrooms and two baths. i am looking for someone to take the master bedroom on the first floor. the master bedroom has a large closet and bathroom, and a sliding door to the patio (see pictures). the bedroom is not furnished. the unit has high vaulted ceilings, a decently sized kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, and a large living room. the living room is furnished, including two couches and a 46 inch flatscreen tv. the complex has several pools, one located right in front of the unit. papago park village is located 15 minutes away by bike, and 5 minutes away by car from asu main campus and is close to an orbit bus stop (free). the complex is next to papago park, which includes playground equipment, and bbqs.amenities included are:
