a little bit about us, i am 26, work as a server full time, graduated from asu a little over a year ago, and now i am in a master program for healthcare administration at at still university.ty is my age, 26 or 27, he just started working for olive garden as a server and also going to school at mcc and soon will be transferring to asu.
shannon is 24, she also graduated from asu with a communication degree, currently working 2 jobs.
we are very easy going, down to earth roommates, no drama, no drug, etc..we like to have fun and enjoy our life, we drink occasionally, and rarely have any party.
enough talk about us...we found a place over at tempe waterfront, which is around baseline rd and rural. the house is a 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom, right by the lake with only 5 mins walk, it is almost 2400 sq ft so it's huge! we have almost enough furnitures (couch, coffee table, tv with apple tv, etc) to fill up majority of the house, so if you don't have a lot of stuff, that will not be a problem at all. all you need is your own furnitures for your own room.
it is a 2 story house, with 3 bedroom (2 rooms that share a bathroom and the master bedroom) upstair, and another bedroom with it's own/guest bathroom downstair, and i will say we are looking for someone who is interested in the bedroom downstair. the rent will be $430 a month plus utility (internet, water, gas, srp, of course split 4 ways). this house doesn't come with washer and dryer, so we will need to either rent or purchase one from craigslist, haven't decided it yet. security deposit will be $425 per person ($106.25 is non-refundable, we will see if we can negotiate with the landlord to lower that), no cleaning deposit, if you have pet, it will be $300 pet deposit (100% refundable), and no application fee. included with the rent will be access to the club house locate near the house, it has a olympic size heated lap pool, hot tube (i believe/hope lol), tennis court, pool table, racquet ball court, gym.
