hello!
my name is jonathan, i am a 22 year old part time student with a full time, reliable job. i am low key, friendly, responsible, respectful and tidy. i'm currently in search of a reliable male roommate, 22 years or older (non smoker). my current roommates are moving out of our two bedroom apartment, leaving the master bedroom available. it is a large room with abundant closet space(two closets) and a private restroom with a bath/tub. the apartment has a kitchen, dining space, nice living room and another restroom as well (did i mention central air and heating?). the room is not furnished but the rest of the apartment is. this beautiful complex is conveniently placed in the heart of temecula within a mile of the 15 freeway, vons, target, and many other shopping/dining locations (less than 2 miles from the mall). the community amenities offered by the complex are laundry facilities, a fitness center, tennis courts, pool/spa, just to name a few.
the apartment is available starting 1/1/16 for a one year lease and monthly after that. i am asking $750 + half the utility bill. internet is on me, and we have a valet trash service:) please contact me if interested!
