my name is anthony, looking for a laidback roommate to replace a former roommate that recently moved out. there is one other roommate (aaron) that lives here besides myself. we are both pretty relaxed on who would occupy this spot as long as you can pay your share, it doesn't really matter what you do. prorated depending on when you come in. cleaning is not a strength for either of us but we're improving on that front.
we all provide for ourselves in the food category (although not against sharing with each other) and generally household items is shared (toilet paper, cleaning solutions, etc) no pets.
prefer non-smokers or atleast outdoor smokers.
we both play a lot of video games so if you do as well that would be great although not at all required. as a result, we have a pretty substantial internet speed (200 mbps) that you can opt into with us as well (+30) if you are interested, send me a message.
