my fiance and i have a four bedroom house and would like to rent out a room. the house is remodeled and clean. there are three rooms on the main floor, one is used for storage and you can use the other two for $450, you'll also basically get the main floor bathroom to yourself. we are close to bangerter, i215, and slcc. wi-fi and washer and dryer included.
who we're looking for:
we'd like someone who is clean and relatively quiet, preferably male. we drink occasionally on weekends, but don't much like big parties. you have to like dogs, as we have a corgi and a greyhound mix. you'd think this would go without saying, but you also will have to actually pay the rent.
