i am a single mom of 2 kids, a boy 10 and a girl 8. we are fairly clean. 3 bedroom apartment but roommate gets the master bedroom and bathroom with walk in closet. you will have access to the kitchen and laundry. you have to be able to clean up after yourself. no pets. roommate with 1 child is acceptable. you will have no use of living room area. i rarely have visitors so i would prefer someone with minimal visitors please. no overnight guests. $300 refundable deposit is required . thanks
