i am a 42 year female who owns the home and i have another 42 year old male roommate with a very sweet dog named ammo. i work from home but me and my roommate are in and out a lot. i might consider having another dog but it would just depends, ammo is a big sweet needy goof ball.

the room is empty and available now but i am updating my kitchen now so didn't want to inconvenience a new roomy with a torn up kitchen.

i live about
3.5 miles west of usf
about 3 miles east of dale mabry
about .75 miles west of i275 interstate.

smoking can be tolerated outside on patio only. i am not a neat freak but do like the common areas to be clean and no food in the rooms. i am pretty laid back and so is my other roomy. i have wifi and some cable tv access.
