looking for clean and respectful housemate to share a beautiful 3 bedrooms/2 bath home in port tampa.

the house is conveniently located in a quiet, safe and upscale neighborhood, close to the crosstown and 275. picnic park is nearby and has a small beach where you can have picnics, bbq's, go kayaking, etc. walmart and publix are within 5 minutes away.

you have your private room and bathroom. the house is kept clean all the time and would appreciate that you do the same with your areas.

- rent $700/month, utilities included
- safety deposit of $500 is required to move in


parking - will fit up to 3 cars on property and plenty of guess parking around in the subdivision. garage and extra storage is 75$ extra.

since i am living here myself, i would like to keep this place safe, quiet and comfortable so that i can relax after coming back from grad school. i would prefer to have housemates who share the same values of maintaining a calm and respectful environment.

you will have access to all the common areas - living room, kitchen, laundry, and dining room.

i would like to keep the house for no more than 2 occupants (myself and 1 housemate the most) so that it doesn't get too crowded. there should be plenty of space and privacy for everyone.

preferences:
