i am 24, student and professional. i am looking for a roommate to split the cost of rent and utilities for the end of september through the end of june.
ideal roommate: gender: male or female. age: 22-35. non-smoker

it is in belmere apartments, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. rent base is $485/month, utilities not included would average around $65/month depending on usage.you will actually get the master room since i'm already in the other room. apartment complex is located off of ehrlich rd. which is what bearss turns into after crossing over n. dale mabry. about 15-20 minutes from usf, 10-15 minutes from citrus park mall, 20-25 from the airport (all estimates during normal traffic conditions), every store/restaurant around the area. very nice area in tampa, quiet, great schools and neighborhoods.

i have a washer and dryer, so cost of laundry would just be you buying your own detergent.

i have furniture in the common area (living room) and the kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, plates, etc. you would literally just need furniture for your room. there is a tv in the living room that i barely watch, the cable is paid with the rent so it is basic. i already have internet, which i did not include in the price for staying here...however if you do a ton of streaming and we need to upgrade to a more expensive plan...then we will need to consider splitting the bill. if that is not the case, you just have free internet!

i have already paid for sept rent so you get a great deal of sept being free! expenses start in oct for the base rent. i would not charge you for water and electricity in the beginning of oct since those prices would reflect the usage before you moved in.

i rather not have pets but i am not fully against them. the complex will charge you a monthly fee and we will not split that additional cost
