i am a 32 year old professional working at a non profit in dc. in march, i will be moving into an awesome two bedroom one bathroom condo in takoma park, md. i am looking for someone who is mature, clean and responsible to share the condo with. i am looking for someone with an excellent rental or mortgage history, there are two bedrooms, a master bedroom and a smaller second room. your room would be the smaller second bedroom. the bedroom is currently a school bus yellow color, you are free to paint it (at your expense) before you move in. i plan on bringing my two cats with me, so i am looking for someone who is cat friendly and who will not be bringing any pets with them. the condo has an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. there is not a washer/dryer in the unit, but there is an excellent laundry facility in the building. the building also has a workout room. the condo is a nice .9 mile walk to the takoma metro. the public rooms of condo will be mostly furnished, however, your bedroom will not be. i am relatively quiet and tend to go to bed between 11:00 and midnight and am up around 6:30 am. i am looking for someone who keeps similar hours, but would consider someone who does not have a similar schedule. your rent will include all utilities, cable, internet, telephone and twice monthly (public rooms only) maid service. i am someone that enjoys football and sports, if you do not enjoy sports or watching sports i don't think we would jive very well. i am also pretty big into reality tv. i am also lgbt friendly.
