my name is kayla, i'm 24 and am looking for a nice roommate. my place is about 850 sq ft. you get your own bathroom located across the hall from your room and of course a great living room and kitchen. i am a pretty clean person so i don't want anyone who is not going to not clean up after themselves. my roommate plans on moving out in january and will continue to pay rent until march when our lease is officially up so that i will have time to find another roommate. the place comes with 1 undercover parking spot that will be yours. i need someone who can sign a 12 month lease. rent would be 427$ a month water,sewer,garbage are included the only other apartment expenses would be half of the electricity bill every 2 months and half of the wifi bill. please contact me if interested. we might be able to work something out for moving in around january (wont know until i talk to my landlord more)but if not the room wont be available until march 1st. (the uploaded picture of the bathroom is actually my bathroom but the other bathroom is same in size and everything is the same except the shower isn't in that exact same spot.)
