this house has 5 bedrooms and is located just off pacific avenue, tacoma. the house has 3 levels, with the top being the loft which comes with it's own bathroom. the house is currently occupied by 3 men between the ages of 27-40. very easy going and friendly environment. pets are welcome although a $300 non-refundable pet deposit is required. the house has a large backyard and wapato park is just minutes down the road.

there is plenty of street parking available.
