house close to dallasgolden girl atmosphere seeking female nonsmoker roommate. not a party atmosphere, at home feel. i have a bedroom for one female with access to rest of house and a very safe at comfortable at home feel in sunnyvale, texas. house is a beautiful 6 bedroom/4.5 bath house over 4500 sq. ft. plenty of space must see.
bedroom with walk-in closet, just bring your bedroom furniture. you will have a private bedroom and semi-private bathroom and fridge. share with other female roommate only. all other household items provided.
very clean common areas. home is only 4 years old in a very quiet safe neighborhood with walking trails, hoa pool and gym access.
in the home you have a media room and semi-private sitting area, wi-fi, washer and dryer, and use of common areas including yard, grill and backyard sitting area. must have clean background. minimum 6-month lease.
