i am currently looking for a roommate to sub lease my master bedroom in a 2 bd 2 ba apartment in sunnyvale starting january 1 (december 19 if needed) till august 1 (then its month to month). there is no deposit, rent is $1150 a month plus about $50 for electricity and high speed internet. please find the description below and let me know your interest.

2 bedroom, 2 bath downstairs apartment in a small tri-plex, living room/dining room combo with access to private patio. kitchen with refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and double stainless steel sink. hall bath with shower/tub combo, main bedroom with double mirror closet doors and private bath with shower/tub combo, washer/dryer hookups, central heating, carport parking, water and garbage included.

-most furniture available at no extra cost if required/requested.
