we live in a nice apartment complex in a gated community. our apartment is two bedroom and on the third floor. your bedroom does not have a connected bathroom but you will have a private bathroom right across the hall. we are a very down to earth couple and will respect your privacy. i am a student online at home and my wife is in the military, we are young and prefer a younger person/ couple. we do not allow drugs. no smoking in the house but can on the balcony. you can drink and have friends over just let us know ahead of time. and please clean after yourself and be respectful to us as well. we have two dogs but they are friendly and we can't have more than two dogs here. my wife is allergic to cats so they are a no as well. rent/water/power/other is included in the total $550. when due will be discussed once we get in contact with one another. we are a both females and married just to add that in there.
